The opportunity for a refund in the form of credit such as an additional package for free, will be evaluated on a case by case basis. If you are unhappy with any of the services provided, you may request this credit from Better Betr, and your case will be evaluated. There is no guarantee that a refund in the form of credit will be awarded.
